Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's worries worsened yesterday, after his father-in-law slapped him with an unfair dismissal lawsuit.

The foul-mouthed TV star is currently embroiled in a family feud with Chris Hutcheson, who alleges he was fired as CEO of Gordon Ramsay Holdings last month (October) after 12 years.

Hutcheson, the father of Ramsay's wife Tana, is demanding around £2 million from the Hell's Kitchen star and has instructed his lawyers to kick-start legal proceedings.

Initial reports suggested the 62 year old, who owns 29 per cent of the business empire, had quit his position. It emerged yesterday that Ramsay had also suspended Tana's brother, Adam, and nephew, Christopher, from their posts at the time of Chris' exit.

And 20-year-old Christopher, who did administration work for the star, admits he's heartbroken by the latest developments.

He tells tabloid rag The Sun:

"The family is falling apart. It's so upsetting."
