Cowell Working On a George Michael Comeback?
There are reports that music mogul Simon Cowell is planning to help relaunch George Michael's ailing pop career with a one-off U.K. TV special.
The X Factor titan has sparked rumours he is plotting the Faith singer's comeback after he was snapped at the star's London home with TV presenter Jonathan Ross last Monday night.
The trio was reportedly discussing plans for a revealing TV interview, in which Ross will quiz the star about his troubled personal life, including his recent stint behind bars for driving under the influence of drugs.
A source tells tabloid paper The Daily Mirror:
"Simon is a big fan of both of these guys. He thinks it's a shame they're no longer at the front of the entertainment business - other than for all the wrong reasons.
"Basically, George will tell all, sing a few classics and remind people why he was a pop god, and Ross reclaims his crown as the man they all want to talk to. It will be a great one-off special."
British TV host Ross has been recently out of the spotlight after stepping down from his popular BBC talk show and radio programme earlier this year.
