Anne Hathaway reportedly turned down a nudity contract before filming sex scenes for new movie 'Love And Other Drugs' - because she didn't want strict rules to interfere with her performance.

The actress' free-spirited and confident character strips off frequently while romping with her co-star Jake Gyllenhaal in the movie. And while Hathaway admits she was terrified about baring all on the big screen, she opted to waive the standard nudity agreement she was offered, which would have allowed her to dictate what can and can't be shown. Go Anne! :)

Speaking to Elle magazine, she says:

"I decided I didn't want to be doing these scenes and thinking, 'Oh, I can only turn my body 36 degrees, because we'll be breaking contract."

But Hathaway insists she is beginning to put aside her body insecurities and embrace her shape.

She adds:

"I've hit the point in my life where I understand that being skinny is not sustainable, and nor is it advisable, and nor is it enjoyable."
