Perez Would Do 'Miley Cyrus Photo' All Over Again!

Celeb-chaser Perez Hilton has said that he has no regrets about linking an 'upskirt' picture of Miley Cyrus on his Twitter feed, and that he would do it all again.

In an exclusive TV interview with HNL's The Joy Behar Show, he said:

"I really do wish I could post that picture [on my website] because a lot of people ... are getting upset over an image they didn't see. It's definitely not child pornography and it's definitely not illegal."

If the backlash of parents of young daughters wasn't enough, the ABC Network pulled their advertisements from his site, but Hilton hoped they would come back eventually.

He continued to say:

"You didn't see anything down there.." adding that he would have decided against posting the picture if Cyrus wasn't wearing underwear.

"I can't help it if America has a dirty imagination."

He received criticism on Monday after he linked to a photo of the 17-year-old pop singer/actress exiting a car on his Twitter feed in which she 'appeared' to many people who viewed the photo not to be wearing underwear. The photo was then removed, however prosecutors could decide to bring child pornography charges against Hilton due to Cyrus being underage. As of yesterday no legal action has been taken...yet!

So why take the picture? Some would say that he takes just about any picture to do with a celebrity, especially what they do when they believe the camera is not on them. On this occasion he decided to choose the photo to highlight the Hannah Montana star's recent "unladylike" and "over sexualized" behavior.

He added:

"It's not showing anything inappropriate. It's not doing anything worse than what Miley's been doing recently.

"She's been in the business for a long time and she's aware that there are paparazzi around. She should be careful about how she exits a car."

Cyrus made a veiled reference to Hilton earlier this week as "some idiot" in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, to which Hilton responded with:

"I would agree with her. I would say I'm a very big idiot, but I'm having fun."

Keep up the good work, Perez! Who says bad PR can't be GOOD PR?
