Neeson Confirms 'Titan' Sequel Involvement.
Liam Neeson confirmed that he will reprise his role as Zeus in 'Wrath of the Titans', the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster, 'Clash of the Titans', The Belfast Telegraph reports.
Although work on the script hasn't yet been completed, Neeson claims that it's currently on a 10th draft and will begin shooting next March, and promises "some kick-ass stuff and a very human story to it.".
He added that he was uncertain whether or not this will be produced for 3-D this time, after failing to get the conversion process right for the first movie.
Jonathan Liebesman will serve as helmer on the project, along with Sam Worthington reprising his role as Perseus, Gemma Arterton as Io and Ralph Fiennes as Hades.
As yet it is unclear when the actual release date will be, but it's likely to be sometime in 2012. One thing's for sure.. Sam Worthington will have a hectic schedule, with all the shooting for the 'AVATAR' sequels yet to be completed.
